For this beautiful small batch ketchup, Artisan Vinegar has used use vine ripened, New Zealand tomatoes and medium hot fresh chillies. 

This handcrafted sauce is produced using only natural ingredients. No preservatives or thickeners are used, the products are gluten free and have no added salt.
